Green and Surgy yesterday, but there was some great stuff. I found this Hermissenda on a rock, waving violently in the surge. I frantically took my WA lens off to shoot it, got the lens stuffed in my pocket and couldn't find the zipper. Called my wife over to zip it, and while doing so, she stomped on the nudie. Found it again way down in a crevice and got it on my finger, where it stayed while I shot it.

She made up for it by finding me this Spanish Shawl (that's the finger of her glove)

Wow, Larry, I love that first nudi. Beautiful.

Nice Larry. Jeez I am envious at how often you get out up there :)

Thanks, Chantal and Ken. We do try to get out weekly, when we're not too wiped out from student dives (we're divecons). This weekend there was extra incentive to get to Monterey twice. 80 degrees in Monterey, 115 at home. Nuff said?

Just playing with laying on my back during safety stop, shooting at the Sun through the Kelp.
