5mm 0r 7mm divehood

Hi all,

I will b diving in a very cold water maybe 0-10 degrees celcius down here in NZ. Which is better 4 me to have 5 or 7mm hood for my drysuit?

I prefur the 7mm

7mm and I'd wear a 2mm beanie under it. The layering adds a lot.
