I'm no expert, but I read the specs on a 50' boat that said it held 1,000 gallons of fuel. Maybe this one was similar?

Have no clue how to translate that into hours, but seems to me that's a lot.
It sounds like a lot of fuel, but it really isn't for a boat.

A very good friend of mine had a 36 ft fishing boat that was configured similarly to the one in the photo. It had twin Cummins diesels and would use 2 gallons of fuel/mile @24 knots. So if the boat in the photo has the same rate of fuel consumption (probably uses more) it would go 500 miles before running out of fuel. At 24 knots, which is appr. 1.15 miles,
you would be looking at around 18+/- hours run time. 500/(24X1.15) = 18.12.
