Just bought a Pony....never dove with one. I assume I can fill it with Ean as well?
Same rules as for any other tank. If you get it filled at a place that does partial pressure blending, it needs to be O2 clean.
If you are using it as a pony for recreational diving, then just fill it with air and don't worry about making it O2 clean. Unless you have an emergency, you are not going to be breathing it, and if you do have an emergency, the fact that you are suddenly breathing a leaner mix than your EAN backgas isn't going to make much of a difference since you are just ascending at this point and you shouldn't have a deco obligation.
If you are using it as a stage bottle, then it would make sense to fill it with the same mix as your backgas (I'm assuming EAN) so you don't have to switch your computer and so you will get the advantage of less nitrogen loading for the part of your dive where you are breathing from it.
