MMDiver:We have 7 "brick and mortar" shops and in fact consider ourself a LDS. My Dad started doing mail order long before the Internet came along, back then the LDS considered him the devil, the more things change the more they stay the same.
Understood without question. The point is the customer service (CS); unfortunately, in my observation, many shops do not provide good customer service to their walk-in customers. There are several LDS where I will not make purchases because their CS is BS.
If I found something on your website that I wanted (needed), I would not hesitate to make another purchase.
