MMDiver:We have 7 "brick and mortar" shops and in fact consider ourself a LDS. My Dad started doing mail order long before the Internet came along, back then the LDS considered him the devil, the more things change the more they stay the same.![]()
Understood without question. The point is the customer service (CS); unfortunately, in my observation, many shops do not provide good customer service to their walk-in customers. There are several LDS where I will not make purchases because their CS is BS.
If I found something on your website that I wanted (needed), I would not hesitate to make another purchase.
