Not quite sure where Cape San Blas is, but it can't be far from the first attack.

Alteast the latest victim should recover.





More people in the water, more encounters, more 'attacks'.

My old high school vice principle from way back in the day(Chuck Anderson) had his arm bit off in Gulf Shores while training for a triathalon. He was swimming in the early morning near the remains of an old pier that often brought lots of sealife to it. He doesn't blame the shark and actually wore a shark pin on his nub cast when he had it.
 
Another tragedy that will no doubt add more fuel to the media's misrepresentation of sharks and their behavior
