lets take the 2nd voting as the selection from short list to determine the top 2 candidates.

then we votre on the top two candidates to get a majority (min of 51%) votation.

lets not make this complicated. You don't have to get a 51% majority here, this does not concern stockholdings in corporation or a company. And your proposal for a run-off poll would make us look undecisive. We don't have the luxury of changing the rules every time we want to change our vote.

Kim wants this to be over and done with on 18 jan when the poll closes so SB can start the new system.
