proposed pilot project of Scubaboard.com to have an open forum and an opt in local subforum. Like the PPD forum is the lanay where everyone mingles and then the subforum is the bedroom where it's local stuff and tagalog freely spoken. But read the thread - my description gives it no justice I think.
