Are you guys sure about the model? I've just looked through well over a dozen MK25 diagrams and every one had a swivel cap.

I'd like to have a set of diagrams for the MK25 models with no swivel please.
My first two MK25s were purchased April 3, 2002 and did not have swivel caps (or cages), just the top cap. I briefly looked for older photos of MK25s on Google/eBay, did not see any with swivel caps/cages. Too bad the Scubapro Reg timeline is gone

Got it. Mystery solved. You guys are referring to the part I call a protective boot. I thought the comparison was like a MK9 with no swivel vs a MK10 with a swivel.
 
protective boot, to me, is the rubber part over the seat carrier...

16 - Boot
27 - Body
35 - Ambient Chamber
37 - Turret (swivel seems "odd")
40 - Cage
