Interesting. I have not seen that, but I believe you. It would surely make me think twice about filling my tank again. But then, I don't have to worry about it anymore. If more shops would build a safe fill station, they would not have to worry about injury or death of an employee. I have only seen a couple that were what I would consider safe.
 
Thanks for the info and replys. Mike S, that's exactly the info I was looking for. I'll give the tank back to the guy I got it from, and let him do whatever he wants to do with it. It's a shame, he only used it for three years. It's been stored since 1986.
I'll look around and probably buy a couple new tanks somewhere.
