That's excellent Julie! It's usually a good idea to track your weight officially once per week though. Fluctuations that happen day-to-day sometimes have the wrong effect psychologically. Pick a day and time to do it and get consistent. A lot of us here use the Thursday weigh-in thread that Almity starts every week.

While I am not in on this challenge, I have managed to lose 20lbs since October. I'm quite happy with myself, but know that I've got another 20-30 to go.

Keep it up people, if I can do it, anyone can! :14:
