Hello there, I have a couple of old Uwatec Smart Com but the hoses with the quick disconnect are missing. I'm looking for somebody who still has those kind of hoses and be interested in sale it or if somebody has experience replacing the hose with quick disconnect for a fixed hose.
Selling one of my two DIN transfill hoses with gauge and pressure release twist valves at each end. The gauge reads in both PSI & BAR with markings every 100 PSI and 5 BAR. The gauge in protected from bumps and bruises with a textured rubber cover. Each DIN connector has an aluminum threaded cap...
I noticed one of my wings (XDEEP Hydros 40) came with a really nice and flexible rubber LP inflator hose. I have a bunch of other spare rubber hoses and they all seem significantly stiffer compared to that one. So I was just curious if there was somewhere I could buy these nicer flexible hoses?
Dear Friends..
I just want to know if someone knows the weight for the VDH 18#, 23# and #35? I will be asking a friend from US to bring it here to my home country. I was looking at the website and only dimensions were stated. If someone knows i would really appreciate it.
Thank You!
I had a short, braided HP hose for my SPG and the braiding makes it feel rough, like sandpaper, compared to the smooth rubber hoses for my second stages. Now, I've replaced the HP hose for the SPG and one of the LP hoses for the primary second stage with MiFlex braided, which are also rough...
From my experience so far, it seems the idea is to have a short Primary hose and a long Octo hose to hand off for a buddy's out-of-air situation. However, reading more and more here, especially with backplate-wing setups, it seems like the Primary should be long and Octo short because in an...
Selling two, black 84-inch long Miflex regulator hoses. These were purchased new in 2015. Price is $25 each or purchase both for $40. Paypal is fine, shipping to CONUS is included in the price.
Thanks for looking.
Hi all, just bought a 7' hose in order to change over to the longhose configuration. However, I'm now facing difficulty in taking off the second stage due to the lack of a ScubaPro tool.
Any advice on this?
Hi folks,
I've read several threads abiut p-valve routing discussions (up or down) and the discussion is usually a matter of whether you're ok to have a hole in your undergarnments or not.
I've been using downwards routing for 5 years with:
-1 drysuit, 2 successive p-valves
-1 thick wetsuit...
I'm wondering what hose types people are using for tec diving - helium, blends over 40% oxygen, etc. At the moment I'm using Miflex hoses for Air and Nitrox but it seems these are only rated for up to 40% oxygen. Not interested in length discussions, just materials and brands.
was wondering if anyone could provide a link or name.
I know of miflex for the braided hoses. But I've seen people use thicker, braided, multi-colored hoses on my local dive boat. Anyone have any idea what brand?
Thanks
