Hey All,

Looking for recommendations of SPGs that handle 300bar/4350psi well. I know most are rated to that pressure but the current one I am seeing has an issue with leaking. Looking for something people have run on 300bar without issue. Thanks!

Leaking from where? The high pressure fitting or from the case itself?

If the leak is coming from the hose/gauge interface, it could be a simple matter of replacing the seals with new and perhaps higher durometer o-rings.

Yes, but does the hose continue to weep tiny bubbles throughout the dive or does the bubbling stop at some point shortly after being pressurized? See this:

At any rate. If the hose is defective, you only need to replace the hose-not the entire SPG and hose assembly.

This is a large scale issue, multiple SPGs and hoses, all the same make and model. Some of them new, others were used on a 200bar regulator prior to being put in service on a 300bar system.

I am looking to find a dependable SPG/Hose combo that's been used successfully on a 300bar regulator. Might have to ping in another forum.

OK....I understand now. I think you have the correct forum.

How about posting the manufacture of gauges and hoses you've has issues with?
