This sounds like good news. I question the likelihood of it actually leading to a conviction, but it may deter misbehavior before it starts. Which is even better.

If something happens, but you can not get the footage because you do not know where to make the request then it sounds like it may just be a deterrent.

Who is that? I'm assuming you are directing that to me, but I have been to Florida several times, have been diving there several times. BHB is definitely on my list. But thank you for playing.
