Scubapro cakes one that I use and it’s been holding up good even after many dives.

But can any of you magnet guys out there tell me how you can use a compass?

The magnetic clip is on my left shoulder strap, it sits just below my strobe. The octopus hose is routed from the left. My compass is tethered to my right shoulder strap, to use it I move it to a position in front of me. I also wear a 3Lt pony (steel) on the right, I find the pony is more likely to affect the compass than the magnetic clip.

Just get one of these. Plug & clip the yellow piece to your Octo mouthbit & the black clip to your chest D-ring. I have it for 10 years & work like a charm.

Not for nothing but that looks like something you'd see on a proctologist's exam tray. Youch.

Look kind of weird, but that plug also prevent an Octo free flowing after a giant entry that you may not have noticed if the Octo dangling out of your sight until your buddy tapped you & point it.
