Not much different 380, 400 3ph, should draw around 8 amps. Dial is hard to read look close make sure it’s set to the FLA written on the motor name plate.

Awww I didn’t assume HP, just went with 5.5KW at 400 volts. Also the wire gauge looks small for a 7.5 HP motor to me anyway.

Typical 460v 3 phase motor amps are 1.3 times HP. This varies of course. 5.5 KW is about 7.5 hp. 5500 watts divided by 746 watts per HP comes close to 7.5 HP. The amperage number drops with higher voltage and rises with lower voltage, even on the same winding setup. Running a 460 volt motor at 490 uses less amperage, at 440, more.
 
If it was a 7.5 hp motor the circuit breaker for motor protection would be to small.

I agree with you if it was a 5.5 KW motor but we don’t know that yet.
