Tell us what your favorite way to carry lead & what brand & model do you like/use?

You seem to have overlooked the weighted STA option. I have a heavy Halycon STA that a friend poured lead into. Whole thing weighs 10lbs and is fab for single tank diving (drysuit and steel HP80 tank). The rest of my weight (6lbs) goes into two trim pockets.

One off heavy Freedom plate, 10lb 14oz, 6 lb trapped under the rail, 6lb on top strap and Zeagle pouches on the webbing for whatever else I decide to add.

The STA (single tank adapter) option that you mention and describe would be considered a P-weight. As I understand it, a P-weight can be added to a BP with or without a STA. On a related front, the t-Wing has a built-in tank stabilizer so no STA would be needed.

Very creative placement of your ~23 pounds, plus pouches for final buoyancy/trim. So you’re not overburdened with pouches everywhere.... so your rig is very compact? Nice!!

Personally use an DUI weight harness with quick release pockets for single tanks on a Diverite transplate + recwing and no additional weight with doubles.
