My second 420, a take off from a MK 19 buyer, dove it today and with nothing done but hook it up and dive it, is performing nearly as well as my old one, at least some are getting out ready to dive.
 
A note on the D420, it gives erratic readings but if you breathe of it a bit, purge a few times, after a few mins it "settles". Initially after pressurising, turning air on off on, it will give a higher reading, initially significantly so, but as I said above, breathe a bit, purge a bit and it returns to setting more or less. I believe this is due to seat "memory" material @rsingler has previous mentioned. I've tested this significantly and my findings seem to hold true, on mine anyway. As you were.
