NYC and DC are taking beating on SB. :) The tourism capital of the lower 48 don't want no visitors no more.

For the time being ... NO!! I'm also a local with no connection to the tourism industry so other than my concern for the local scuba business, I couldn't care less if folks stop visiting! It gets way too crowded down here half of the year.

It's not that some of us don't want visitors.

I just don't want those visitors to be people.

I am all for animals visiting.

First come, first served, right?

It's just called common decency. Most of society lacks it.

If the situation were reversed, we know damned well DC and NYC wouldn't want people from Florida joyriding around spreading crap either.

I have to be in FL and I have to work in FL. Why folks can't just help us out and stay the F where they are for a minute boggles my mind.

Aside: I was in crystal river yesterday. People were literally camping out at the boat ramps waiting for the EOs to expire. FWC is going to have their hands full this weekend.

Wait until memorial day weekend.

People are stupid and selfish when it comes down to it.

Unfortunate that a huge proportion of FL income is dependent on tourism. Are you prepared to make up the deficit with state tax? I thought not. I have had a home north of Boynton Beach for more than 8 years and pay property tax,,,would you deny me my access also?

Depends, is there a pandemic about?

Florida is opening, I have my own house, would you keep my from supporting Palm Beach dive ops?
As a citizen, not elected official it isn't my job to keep you from visiting.

But I would prefer that all visitors slow down with rushing down here.

Plus, based on what I've seen here and on FB, dive boats are gonna be full of locals
