I found the orange fins stiff without being rigid. I just adjusted my fin stroke/effort accordingly, but had a solid reserve if I needed more.

Fit better than Slipstreams or Jet Fins with fewer foot cramps.

Much easier to pack or dive in tight spaces than my Dive Rite XTs.

Here’s a related question....... What fins do paddle fun loving divers use, when they dive knowing they will have to swim against a current. Still use your paddle fins or switch to another type fin (what)?

If I know there will be continual current, and the use of a scooter is not indicated, I will bring my Force Fins along. For looooong flutter kick with no fatigue, they are still the best. that being said, I find that even in a fairly decent current, I can make progress with my Eddy fins and a fast-ish frog kick, with flutter for burst of speed.

I mostly dive Florida caves, SM with stages.. and I'd pick a paddle fin for current over any other type any day.

I’ll know for myself soon..... yesterday, I ordered some Blue Eddy fins! Go Blue! (The other blue from the Univ. of Michigan)

I have switched to Eddy's exclusively over my dive rites, Hollis F1s, and jets. Simply the best fins out there IMHO. I can't wait for a heavier version for diving dry...

Most of my beloved springs are flooded out. :(
I dove Fanning in early December the day before the flood hit. Saw 8 manatees. The viz was excellent. Went back the next day and wow... I was very surprised on how much the river sediment had infiltrated near the spring mouth. The only decent viz was next to shore close to the spring or in very shallow water.
