Thanks for the replies folks. What about Wakulla Springs? Isn't that within 3 hours? It also looks like a really good spring to dive.
I've never been to Wakulla Springs personally. So, someone who's actually been there will have to chime in. However, from the Wakulla Springs website, the diving sounds pretty limited without being a certified cave diver:
"Recreational open water diving is allowed at Cherokee Sink for those who have open water certification. For those certified as cave divers, they may cave dive at Emerald Sink and Clearcut Sink.
Recreational scuba diving is not allowed in Wakulla Spring or the swimming area."
Anyone familiar with the Cherokee Sink? Is it worth going to Wakulla just to dive the Cherokee Sink?
