Just got back from diving the Aeolus out of Morehead City on Sunday (12/11). It was an incredible day! We had 60' visibility and 68 degrees on the bottom. There was a turtle snoozing in the bow section and 30+ sand tigers cruising around both the bow and stern sections.

Wow water temp is holding steady. I might be able to sneak another dive in before the spring. I dont dive dry.

Did you go out with Olympus? I know they were planning a technical charter last Sunday?

Hey DiverDown, yes, it was Olympus' tech charter. Everyone else on the boat dove dry, but I was quite comfortable in my 8 mm wetsuit. My guess is that the inshore water temps are probably dropping much faster.

Hell's bells.....

This is why I stay off of Scubaboard even though I pay to support it. Arrogant jerks that can't just answer a damn question without being an ass.

Geez, get a life.

Lol. It says you are from NC. I figured you would know that water temps are above 70 at least half the year.

I apologise if I hurt your feelings
