Liquid Blue is an excellent Dive Op, also a great choice if you like steel 100's and 120's..... ;)

And so you see (not you specifically but the general "you") there is no "best" dive op on Cozumel. You (you specifically this time) and I might very well dive with the same op (we have) and both be happy, but your ideal and mine are different in some ways. DSFDF.
not 100% sure what you meant Gordon, but I am just stating strictly my opinion and experience :D. Hope we get to have some beers together this trip!

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I just meant to reinforce the idea that there is no best dive op on Cozumel for everyone. Your idealized op and mine have some differences, that's all. We would probably agree on what is a good op but we might disagree on which is the best op from our respective perspectives.

And yes, we should get together while we are there.

Still can't believe I am going to totally miss you this trip - you're going to be here and I'm going to be in your hometown - how funny is that! I would have loved to enjoy a ROOT BEER with you, Carol, Greg and Loree while enjoying your beeers - haha!

I'm sorry, too, that we will miss you this time. ¡Año proximo!

When someone dives with same dive shop all the time their frame of reference is quite limited. That includes my wife and I.

We have a little over 500 dives with Blue~XT~Sea and we've never had a thought about checking out anyone else.

And merely because of that you do not declare that op to be the best on the island? Amazing! :D

Christi does run a class act op, for sure.

True, but you can make comparisons to dive shops on different islands. We are lucky on Cozumel. Competition has forced the quality to rise and also created niche operators. Whatever your needs or preferences, there is an operator for you.

I like 6 divers or less, big tanks all nitrox, gear storage, covered fast boat, beach club surface interval.

i think she does but I have a limited frame of reference. Just as you have based on your earlier comments.

Having dived with an op once or twice really doesn't tell you much.

You're describing Blue-XT-Sea right there. Unless you need a steel 120.
