Liquivision X1 is rated to 590' but has been used to over 900'.

Shearwater computers are the answer to all computer questions !!!!!

I love my SWs, but I'm not sure they're the answer for 500' range dives. From the current Petrel manual:
Depth sensor rated to 450 feet/140 meters of seawater

What was the crush depth obtained on a Predator in that pressure pot video? A fully potted unit like the X1 may be about the only thing that can handle depths that deep. Maybe if you filled the SW with mineral oil and were very careful about getting all the air out...

I know of several SW Predators that have been below 600'. Mine has only been to 484'. :-(

Which regulators and dive computers are rated for use down to 500'?

If you are asking this question here then I doubt you are rated to 500'

Poseidon XStream Deep/Duration looks like one reg option - I thought it might be.
