Brand new to SB, but I heard about the megadive through the grapevine here in Gainesville. I want to make it out to ginnie either this evening after class or early tomorrow morning. What's the cost for a diver and also non-diver (if a friend decides to join)?

Go to the first page in in this thread there's a link to Ginnie Springs. You can find all the information there make sure you tell them you're with ScubaBoard we get 10 percent discount on all camping and diving.hope you make it ,don't be shy nobody bites.

So sad to have missed this event.
I had to practice holding my breath and
pretending to hang onto the grate tonight.
Being on call sure gets in the way of life.

We missed you. The campfire was fun and everyone loved the Galaxy dive. It was good to see so many old and new faces.

I accidentally left two camping chairs, one beige and one orange, around the fire with a small digital camera enclosed in a camera case with red trimming. If anyone has any idea about these items, please call/message me on here or at (417)-629-8817. Thank you.

Thanks to everyone for setting this up. It was nothing short of amazing! The galaxy dive was better than I expected, and the camaraderie around the campfire was absolutely fantastic.

I met lots of great people, had lots of fun, and thoroughly enjoyed my weekend.

Several of us "noobs" were talking about the event. One thing that struck us all was that it's the first dive trip I've been on that as best I could tell the organizers were not trying to make money on. In fact, as far as I could tell the folks organizing probably put up a lot of money for the food and other things they brought.

I'll post some of the campfire videos I took once I get them onto youtube...

What a great weekend. It was a pleasure meeting some new folks and, as always, seeing our old friends again.

The 'noobs' were very cooperative in the welcoming ceremony. Thanks for playing along.

Moonie was there for dinner:

I think I heard this is a bi-annual event. When's the next one? In need to make sure I'm prepared :)
