I'm currently planning on arriving Friday as well. Like BoneCrusher (I can't type that without a chuckle ... sounds so WWF), I like to get in 3 dives on Friday. Many of us do a deep dive first thing Friday, but we also follow that by a couple of shallow dives. I also try and do 3 dives Saturday and one Sunday before heading out. Ideally, I like to try and get in 3 deep dives, 2 shallow dives and 2 night dives over the course of the weekend. Unlike some (who shall remain nameless), I actually attend the M&G to get in alot of diving. :D

Well unfortunately I'm not yet certified or equipped to dive the deep side. But I am planning on arriving around 12 on Friday if anyone would be interested in getting a 40-50' dive in for the mid-afternoon I would be more than game.

Same here. Have my AOW but not Deep. Plan to hit the place same time as you for two dives that afternoon. Not certified Night yet either but will probably hang out after dark.
Can only make Friday unfortunately. Other crap came up for the weekend unexpectedly.
(Sorry Tom and Dave :depressed:).
Anybody looking to do same <60' dives in afternoon join us.
Ryan.
:diver:

You'll let Mike know??

If I don't want to lose my season pass, you bet!!. No more illegal deep dives for me.:eyebrow:

Would you be up for a deco dive? Or would that be down for a deco dive? :blinking:

You don't need to be certified as a deep diver. You need AOW, redundant gas, and some cold water and deep water (below 80') experience---about 30 dives. If Mike doesn't know you, he'll want to talk to you.

Not certified Night yet either but will probably hang out after dark.

You don't need to be certified to do a night dive; you just need a light. Don't make me come down there!!!:D

Man, you guys and all your certifications--your wallets must look like George Costanza's (Seinfeld)It won't be long, boys, you're going to need pee valve certification.

I could be talked into a night dive. :)

I'll bring a small light.

Remember that Grimace is at 88 feet then a hard left off the road.

You sound like an old-timer :)

... and PS ... I don't have a night diving certification. :D

So here's my plan. I'm settled into my new job and talked to the boss today. I can work a half-day Friday so if I take my gear to work and hit the road at 12:15 ish, I should be there by 2 easily. if anyone is heading through Dayton feel free to meet me and we can caravan. I work about 40 seconds from the highway in Vandalia (by the Dayton airport). I'll be down for an afternoon dive and night dive Friday as well as diving the rest of the weekend.

Oh, and I'll have my shiny new "Master Diver" c-card to show you Denney!!
