Urchin dive coming up 7/13/25

Hey Folks,
Just a reminder, we have an urchin dive coming up this coming Sunday 7/13/25
The conditions are looking good.
There will be a minus tide at 7:30 AM but then it will spill in to a 4.5' high at around 2:30 PM.
Please let me know if you plan to go.

Happy Saturday afternoon divers!
My truck is loaded and butterflies are in my stomach, I am so excited about tomorrow!
Here are the conditions, it looks like it will be stellar!
SUN
S wind around 5 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: NW 5 ft at 10 seconds and S 2 ft at 15 seconds. Patchy dense fog.
This means it will be lake flat in the cove.
It will be a minus tide at 7:30 AM but then it will gently spill in all morning and there will he a high of 4.5' at about 2:30 PM.
We have a few people that will be rock picking urchins in the intertidal zone.
I will be out setting floats marking hot spots early, then I will return and have a briefing on the beach and go over the game plan, probably by 9:00AM.
If you are new and diving with us for the first time please get there early so you can fill out the paperwork.
Also make sure all your gear is in order and you haven't forgotten anything.
Don't forget your fishing license or your lunch.

@Eric Sedletzky Will there be a dive this weekend? Is there a schedule posted anywhere, or should I just keep checking here? Very keen to come for a dive and get some purples out of the water!

Hi @TioBenja,
Yes there is a dive this weekend on Sunday but I can't be there. Bobby's running it.
If you've never attended one I'd like to be there to brief you. I will be there again on 7/27.
We are trying to get out every Sunday until weather closes us out.
The dives are always at Stillwater.
And yes, I will post upcoming dives here.
