Breakfast: Eggs, toast, bacon/sausage, and orange juice.

SI: a big ole italian hoagie, chips, fruit, and gatorade. ... but with buddies on a private boat, it's time to grab the fishing poles and fire up the grilll!!

Dinner: definately beer and bar food!

So far, I'd dive with any of you!

before the dive and during the si - water to help prevent DCS. During the dive I eat lionfish.

Eggs, bacon or sausage, home fries and wheat toast for breakfast at 6:30am for the 8:30 boat. Nothing at SI, just fluids. I like a large cheeseburger and a beer after the dive then a Grouper or Maji-Maji or steak dinner around 6-7:30pm followed by some ice cream.

My brother and I call our trips to Clear Springs "Dive, Burger, Dive, Burger, Dive." Three two hour dives with a juicy hamburger in between each, what could be better? Besides the Capri Suns we drink while sitting on Cisco.

I can think of better drinks than Capri Suns....a cold draft beer, or even some margaritas

Let the indulgence begin!
Mango, pineapple or any other fruit.
