I have 3-4 small dust spots on all my pictures. I cleaned the front of the lense very well, and they are definetely on the inside. How does this develope? can it be fixed?

Probably dust on the sensor left from manufacturing.

I had dust on my G7 sensor and took it in to a local repair shop in Seattle. They charged me $150 to clean the sensor after they diagnosed the problem. I think they pretty much cleaned the whole camera. These point and shoot cameras aren't air tight and depending on where you take it and the conditions you are bound to have dust on the lenses or sensor at some point.
