Deepstops-- I don't have that kind of Justice League Clearance. I can only see if your driving history if your license is valid, if you have warrants anywhere in the US, DHS Terrorist, or the things you have done in my little county.

Obviously this is a guy without any of the required permits, removing protected species from a SPA area in the Florida Keys. His profile is a bit far reaching to say the least. I surmise he is a liar in the first order and now as a Felon will find life a little different than it was before...

affmiami pled guilty beause he is guilty. That's what the caught and guilty do. As part of the process he had to take an oath in open court and swear under pain of perjury he was indeed guilty. There is no such oath on ScubaBoard.
17 years of stealing stuff underwater does not make one a commercial diver. I've operated underwater torches and jackhammers and I'm not a real commercial diver.
I think this is like (or actually is) the guy who tried to pick up my wife in a bar in Key West last year by bragging about being a commercial diver. She knows more about surface supply rigs, hard hats, AGAs, and dark water diving than she really wants to. By the time she walked away "commercial diver" was a guy who strapped on a simple bite reg rig and stole lobsters from pots in shallow water.

I dislike Coral Stealer I mean really why the f would you go down in a SPA zone and steal coral oh i know its probably for a fish tank but that is just plain old wrong for them to do. There killing coral that tanks hmm Years and Years to grow i hope that anyone else who does this again Gets a nice Nice fee for the piece and i hope they also go to jail For a long long time because i want the reefs to stay alive so when i have children i can take them to the reefs i went to let them experience the colors i saw and the coral i saw and if its gone its a shame and should be looked down on.
The Reefs are special really special and should be taken care of I remember when i went to Looe Key FL at camp They would always say YOU CAN NOT TOUCH ANYTHING NOT EVEN THE SAND. Please Protect the Reefs

today 2 years ago I walked, on my own, the Stairs of the Federal Prison as the man that I am, to pay my Government with 10 Months of my life time for a crime that I did not Commit or ever had the intention to do so!
I want to set the records straight for the sake of the true.
Quick Note before we start:
I did read the posts from you all about my case! Some of you are just victms of the MATRIX like myself, some of you are even right and entitled to the comments that you made with some reason, IF and only IF that was the case!
But one or two of you are Clowns with no education in need of Jesus and a Life! no pointing fingers though, you know who you are!
Since this is the first source of public talk about my case I want to start here with you guys if you give me the chance to go over this with you.
I will play as my own lawyer in here! and address your questions as far as they are inteligent respectful and interested in finding the true, any other kind of posting related to anarquie or ignorance will be disposed and ignored.

I was a legally licensed Marine life collector in the state of Florida from 1992 to Oct. 2006 when allowed by the Feds I sold my Commercial license in order that I could let some money to my wife wile I was out in prison sale happened a month or so before I went to do my time.
My SPL # was 194 and my restricted species and marine life endornments # was 707 both under my same name.
I never harvested Corals and I was never seem in possession of any coral in 17 years.

Did you plead guilty?
When you did so did you commit the federal felony of perjury by admitting facts establishing guilt that were untrue?
Pretty simple.
I don't want to read through all this again, but as I recall you pled. Having been to a couple of such proceedings myself, I know the judge time and time again admonished you to not plead guilty unless you were in fact guilty. He put you under oath and asked you to convince him you were indeed guilty. You were given many, many specific instructions that you were giving up numerous important rights by doing so and should not do so unless you were certain of your guilt and certain you were doing the right thing by entering your plea. Your allocution was under oath (and thus pain of perjury) and during this statement you had to admit your guilt - by admitting to specific facts establishing your guilt, facts corroborated by other evidence in the possession of the government, not just by simply saying you were guilty.
I don’t want to come off as angry and vindictive – but you pled and did your time. Get on with your life, a life I sincerely hope will be free of future criminal activity and full of nothing but happiness. Do not, however, try to convince anyone you are not guilty of that to which you pled guilty, since you either are guilty of that or of the perjury you committed when pleading. You made that bed – first by committing the crime and then by pleading guilty to it.

A little bit of what I would hear on the street. Uh this is not my boat, I am just holding it for a friend. The coral?, um what do you mean. Uh I have never seen that before - did you just plant that there? Ok, you got me- was that wrong what I did?
Now- cudos for the Customs agents for interdicting the coral instead of sitting on their as$. As for the boat, they should have used it for undercover work or put it up for auction.
What they should do is make the subject do community service in the keys to pay back the community. Trust me, the feds have better people to fry up then concoct (sp) a story about a nobody. Please sir, you are embarrasing yourself - Just like the drug dealers on the street. Just simply say I did a bad thing, I paid the price and I am sorry.
