The letter was written on 6-3-09; so it was fairly recent.
It was not sealed properly so the whole bottle was flooded as well as the ziploc bag the letter was actually in. So it took some patience to peel the letters apart to get them how you see it in the picture.
It was two letters between a husband and wife. The black printing is a poem about the wife and underneath there is a second letter to the husband.

Wow, I wrote that earlier this year and sent to bottle off on its journey at La Jolla Shores......just kidding
