I was hired out of retirement to do a temporary project assignment on January 1st. Because I was on call, I couldn't dive for 3 months. Finished the assignment last week and today is my first dive of the year and also the last day of lobster season. Jumped on WPB's Aqua Hunter for 3 tanker with Captain Todd and diving with Captain Tony Crumrime.
Inside the Gulf stream, current was screaming at 3 knots and had to do some major u\w rock climbing to grab lobsters. Hazy 50 ft visibility, 75° and calm one footers top side. Huge thanks to Aqua Hunter for putting us on the lobster to close out the season
