Start weight: 175

I just started my fitness challenge! I started with a personal trainer 4 days a week for the next 11 months. I have been through 5 personal training sessions now and my arms are killing me! My legs are good, but oh god my arms. Tomorrow I take a yoga class and Saturday I go diving in the morning. Sunday, I rest. Monday it's back to work at the gym. I have cut back to smaller portions and meals throughout the day to keep my strength up. I have lost 2 pounds. I have been putting this off for a long time. It's time to get with it. I hope everyone else is doing good!

Pounds lost is in the right direction - here's hoping for another 2, and another 2 . . .

But I'm either gonna lose the before (which my daughter says looks like someone blew me up like a balloon) or tape up someplace to remind me . . .

That's excellent. Congrats on making your goal!

I missed posting last week, but had dropped 3 pounds to 217, my lowest in about a year and a half. Then came my daughter's wedding. With the rehersal dinner, wedding meal, multiple family dinners, and too much dessert, i was up 5 pounds on Monday! I have 4 of them, and reporting in at 218!
