"Recent Visitors" or Stalkers?

This is like my wife and *69 on the phone! (we're...ummm...SHE'S too cheap to get caller ID) I keep telling her that every time you hit *69 it costs us...just the ID and be done with it! (and it's usually her mother, who's too cheap to leave a message since it's long distance!)
I'll keep stalking...errr checking profiles...it's why they're there! (and probably why they don't require us to put our phone number and address information...not to mention Social Security number and credit card info!)

I don't mind any visitors to my profile. But, it is so funny to see that one local hick in my ignore list keeps visiting my profile and reading posts by logging in under different ID..
It is a stalking, isn't it?

Although this is a different issue than I was concerned about, I'd consider it annoying that this "stalker" now has another way of letting you know he's dogging you by showing up on your "Recent visitors" list.
This may be another negative for this "feature" unfortunately.
Had he been harassing in replies to you in threads, it might be easier to take action to curtail his activity. His intent would be more obvious then.
On the contrary, I don't think anything can be done about him for just reading your Public Profile, so he's found a safe way to remind you of his presence.
By the way, how do you know he's been back repeatedly to your Public Profile page? His ID only shows up once, doesn't it? Are you seeing multiple ID's for him that you think are fake?

There are several ways to deal with stalkers. Like almitywife said, contact a Moderator.
