Yeah, it’s pretty slick. Watching the transition from flight to dive and from dive to flight is impressive.

Flight time of 45min while swim time is 120 minutes - less resistance, BION.

Claimed to be able to take off (go airborne) from the face of a wave.

My buddy’s company that does a wide variety of maritime work all over the world was pretty interested in the cost savings of being able to fly and dive a UAS several kilometers off shore to inspect a subsurface requirement without having to put a commercial diver in the water.

Yeah, that would be a game changer for a lot of "look and see" type work. And SAR, fly the drone until you find the person lost at sea, land next to them. Now you have buoyancy and a location!

I'm not into scooters/DPVs, but this combined aerial/underwater drone looks crazy cool!
