Yes, I've tried Amlodipine, heated vest, merino under dry gloves, etc ... there are now internal batteries which stay inside the drysuit. Only 7Ah, but still 1-2 hours of warm hands...Not what you're asking, but have you tried a heated vest? If your core is warm your extremities might be OK. That's how it works for me, and I also have Reynaud's Syndrome in my right hand. However, I have a friend (with no Reynauds) who needs heated gloves even when his core is warm, so YMMV.
Whatever you use, you will need to install a port for the power cord, though.
