maybe I'm not well versed in how to perform this skill as it wasn't a requirement for open water (so I wasn't practicing in the pool and open water),but judging by a video on YouTube, I thought it was to be performed inverted. How does one climb a ladder upside down? That would be some serious shoulder strength with dive gear!That's probably one where you're right at the ladder.

Is there a minimum number of dives requirement for NAUI MSD? I can't find it listed anywhere.I did find the NAUI certification (classes and dives) to be beneficial. The LDS established the curriculum and the dives, and challenged me in various waIs
