I have a standard bcd inflator hose that came with a Zeagle Lazer bcd several years ago. I would like to know the size or description of the o- ring which is up inside of the quick disconnect coupling. I'm told the o-ring on the end that screws into the regulator first stage is a 011. The one inside the quick disconnect on the power inflator end is different. I am attaching a pic for clarity.
Thanks for any help.

It is an 010, and is hard to replace. A special tool helps.
I've also seen #D-prins of that kind of tool.

Thanks, I watched a video from Scuba Gaskets.com which sells the special tool. The man in video says the o-ring on first stage end is a 011. He says the one up inside the quick disconnect coupling is a 610 o-ring? Very confusing.
Thanks for info.

The 610 is the same CS as a 010, but slightly larger ID. Both fit, as far as i know.
An 803 should fit too; it is in-between in ID, same CS.

I am trying to replace the O-Rings on my XDeep Zen LPI QD hose.
Both O-Rings inside the QD and at the other end that screws into the regulator, have these funny (unusual) brown O-ring that seems to match with 01-050-138? Can I use the 138 O-Ring with yellow stripe here? Pardon me but I am still only beginning to get familiar with O-Rings for different applications (I only have the tech docs for the regulators I am servicing and rest of my gear is 3rd party) - What is the best match between Scubapro and the 610/010/803 O-Rings mentioned above? (Asking because I have a few spare O-rings from the Scubapro service kits)

803 - 6.35 x 1.78=9.91 intermediate size of 010 and 011 for some LP hoses
Are the 610/010/803 interchangeable for all LPI hoses? And can the Scubapro 138 O-Ring be used in place?

Edit - Looks like not! One brown O-Ring seems to be just a wee bit smaller than the other (reg end vs QD end?) and the 138 feels much harder then the brown LPI hose O-Rings.

The brown O-ring is probably Viton, you can use Buna N O-rings there. The card that comes with a regulator kit is for identifying the kit O-rings, not sizing new O-rings from places other than the bag the card came in. IMO, the SP 138 should work.

The hardness of the 138 (going by feel) is way higher than these brown O-Rings - is that going to be a problem? According to this thread the 138 corresponds to a 011 not 010 :

The color of an O-ring is fairly meaningless. Brown is often associated with FKM in the dive industry, but you can order any material in any color.

The ScubaPro 01.050.138 is a BS1806 011 (1.78mm x 7.65mm) in 85 Shore A made from EPDM (Ethylene propylene diene monomer). This is the one you refered to with the yellow stripe.
I'm not entirely sure what xDeep uses, but from the pictures it looks like it is not a BS1806 011. It probably is a BS1806 903 (1.63mm x 7.65mm), which is ever so slightly thinner.

If you use the ScubaPro O-ring, chances are that you will not be able to attach the QD anymore, as the clearing will be too small.
