Zeagle RaZor and Pure O2

Hi, my apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere:
Can you advise if the Zeagle RaZor can be used for pure O2, after an appropriate service?
Are there any issues that I need to be aware of?

"After appropriate service" is the key!!!

As long as the reg is properly set up and cleaned for pure O2, it should be fine.
