Hi -
Does anyone know the best way to replace a broken chest strap? The thingamajig connecting the strap to the actual BC broke (not sure what it is called, but it's NOT the actual buckle). Wound up using a zip tie as a replacement...is there a way to home-repair it otherwise or should I just bite the bullet and take it to a dealer for fixing?
Thank you for any suggestions!

Why do you say bite the bullet?

Zeagle has the best warrantee service of any company I've ever dealt with. A cutomer came into my shop who had LOST his sternum strap, I called Zeagle, they asked if I had one in stock, when I said yes, they told me to replace the customers strap from my inventory (no charge) and they would send me a replacement strap (no charge)

not a tough bullet to bite

IF you have a local dealer, take it in. If you don't, send it to Zeagle or if it is a user replaceable part they will send you one. Again, no bullet to bite. BTW, I think it is user replaceable.

Thank you! I'm saying bite the bullet because the closest shop is an hour plus away...I'll give Zeagle a buzz and see if they will help me out.
Thanks again!
