You don't mention where you live, in the States or overseas...it makes a difference!
If you have one of the old S&S YS50 strobe, contact S&S. Several years ago they replaced those old caps with the new ones just for the asking.
Or you might contact any of the authorized S&S repair shops to see if they have any caps available. Click here for a list of service centers.

I would suggest Underwater Photo-Tech at http://www.uwphoto.com. They have locations in the US and Caribbean, and are an authorized dealer and the largest Sea&Sea repair facility. Tell them I referred you.
