Would like everyones opinion rating from 0 - 10 for each brand on OVERALL quality and performance.

If possible give some insights or experiences, if any.

This could make buying experience easier for new and upgrading divers.

Pretty much all of the brands have top of line equipment and entry level equipment.

Would you compare Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Saturn, Honda, Volkswagon, and Toyota, without naming models, trucks or cars, gas vs deisel, Hybrid, fuel economy, status symbol, $20,000 vs $60,000 cars?

All are good. Do you want jacket style, back inflation, etc.

I have a Zeagle Ranger. All the instructors in my shop dive Zeagle. They don't have to but they all do. My only experience has been with Scubapro and Zeagle.

One thing to check for with all brands is the serviceability i.e. Poke a hole in the bladder and can it be repaired or replaced. Some cannot be but you can with a Zeagle.

Do you get the impression that I like Zeagle?

When I had my complete dive rig set up it was DACOR and I loved it. When I moved back to the states from Germany some how all my dive gear went missing:huh: that was the only thing missing.

I am already looking to replace my stuff and I am looking at SP, Zeagle, Atomic, and if I can find the right stuff in Dacor. The thing's that I am looking for is the warrenty factor, service ability and all of the places I get service and other factor's such as cost and what I will like and what will work for me.

Yes I would compare the brands you have listed and in fact I have done just that before I bought my last car..

Not that it matter for this forum but here goes...
Ford 0
Chevy 0
Dodge 5
Saturn -5
Honda 7
Volkswagon 8 - very reliable and good performance for the price paid.
Toyota 9

The rest is matter of taste and does not affect the brand..

I really like Dodge because I drive a 3/4 ton Turbo deisel truck to pull horse trailers, and haul other goodies. It has 350 horse power and 615 foot pounds of torque, yet averages 26 miles to the gallon.
While I agree that the quality/value of Honda, VW, and Toyota are excellent, none of them produce a vehicle that fulfills my needs.

That said, I have had incredible luck with Zeagle.
I dive a Ranger for cold water and drysuit diving, and then convert the bladder to a Brigade for travel and tropical diving.

I also have had great luck with Zeagle regs. My Envoy Deluxe for tropical diving was inexpensive, and breaths as well as regs that I have tried for twice the price.
My fins and mask are Mares, X vision and Volo Power, respectively. I wouldn't trade them. I own and have owned Mares BCs. They are ergonomic, and solid workhorses.

My favorite reg that I have ever tried is an Atomic B2, but I also have an Apeks ATX 200 for cold water that is sublime.
