Now how about some video!!

Yap is highly under rated when it comes to the summer season. Jan-April is the hi season with all the mating action at Miil Channel


But, the summer season sees the mantas at Goofnuw Channel with a much shallower cleaning station located closer to the mouth of the pass.. therefore the water is usually much clearer (but with stronger currents). So being shallow we enjoy longer dives, 90mins is not out of the ordinary... and quite often 5 or 6 mantas are fighting over the cleaning station... well, not really fighting.... :wink:

here is a 4.5 min WMV clip from one dive just the other day...

Its shot with my Sony Z1 Hi Def camera in the Amphibico Phenom housing...
