SGet her a Backplate and wing system. You can find them used for around 3-400 you can even get a new HOG system for about ~300 and it will fit perfectly and last more than likely her diving carrer or unitll she wants something different. It's adjustable so as she grows it can be adjusted for the perfect fit.
