As you can see, there’s no well-defined hotspot — just a lot of spill, which causes intense backscatter and glare in poor visibility. So huge improvement with the DL03 but still not perfect.

Could you measure the Lux values over time, or at least say in like intervalls of 10min?

The Tillytec will decrease as its without control electronics. I would like to see how the Wurkkos behaves with that respect.
Each with full battery at start.

Thanks!

I would have a Tillytec Mini with 10° module and a Wurkkos DL 30

Thanks for your great lux compare bro. It proves that our research and development is effective and progress. We still have a lot of room for improvement, continue to narrow the gap with leading brands lol

Got the 003 wet yesterday, horrible dive day with crap viz, so not much of a test other than function of the switches and overall function, not a good day for a light

So much “stuff in the water that even the laser couldn’t be seen very far, although the flashes off of the “stuff” was fun to see when there was nothing else to see. I cycled through each setting several times and experienced no issues, it stayed on for the whole 67 minute dive at a medium setting and still has the green power indicator.

Best conditions to test the low Vision capability of the lamp. Did you get a lot of blinding from the backscatter?

Backscatter was extreme even without the light but it was good for testing the TFX and the light switches since it was a sensory deprivation type of dive.
