I would like to buy "Deeper into Diving" (2nd ed) by John Lippmann and Simon Mitchell. So far I have only seen one place where it is available (here), but shipping from UK to USA is not what I am really looking for...

If any of you has this book or knows where I could buy it - I would highly appreciate your help!
