Wanted WTB - BPW with Harness

I am looking for a reasonably used BPW with harness setup for an instructor friend of mine in Mexico. I am trying to keep the total cost down around $200 so as not to bust the bank for him. I know this is probably a bit of a pipedream but I figured with all the extra stuff we have laying around, someone might have a spare the would be willing to part with. He's a skinny recreational instructor so 30# or less lift is plenty.

thank you but I am looking for alum or steel. i let him use my Freedom Plate setup for a few months between trips and now he's hooked.

Under $200 will be hard to do with the tariffs putting the price of wings alone about there. I have a D6 Al plate and can toss in a few D rings etc. the wing can be found on alexi

You can have the plate and webbing and bits for shipping cost, it may make more sense having a wing shipped directly to MX.

Aliexpress will do it. You'll be able to make it around $200.
The wing is ~$100 with the inflator and corrugated hose, they also come with soft tank adapter. Any backplate will do. Then you have a harness, 6 gliders, 4 d-rings and a buckle, these are also available on Ali, if he doesn't have any lying around.
Crotch strap, either one from Ali, or custom made and that's it... well within $200.
