Turns out there really is a law that has been on th books for several years but is now being enforced, albeit spotty. If I cut my pallets up into pieces then perhaps that would work. It would just take more trips from the truck to the fire ring. If we decide to burn, whom every stakes out a fire ring, try and get one close to an opening in the sea wall.
