I was wondering if you got OW cert. with one agency can you take other classes with a different agency?

It's not an issue at all. Many, many folks do exactly that.

You can do your classes with any agencies you want. Most divers have taken classes from many different agencies. I'm a PADI instructor, but I also have classes from NAUI, SSI, TDI and YMCA. Never had a problem. Plus, I often work with a NAUI CD!
