I'm a Fish!
Having spent 3 wonderful years in Malaysia in the late 90s, I was considering coming back to give it another go.

But this time on the East Coast. (Perhentian, Redang, Tioman)

What's the situation with work permits, immigration and the like?

Miss the roti canai and the nescafe ice lah.

I cannot help as I have no idea what the work permits are like.
I know what you mean though, who would have thought last nights fish curry and flat bread would be Ok for breakfast but Roti Chani is great.
All the seafood you can eat for a fiver, in the Uk fish and chips costs that.

Now remind me why am I still here, oh yes the mortgage.

I dont have one of those ...

So, March 31st 2008 cannot arrive quickly enough ...

The sun :hmmm: the sea :bawling: and the sand ... :D

... or there is Stoney Cove and Dosthill!

mmm ... not a lot of comparison there :eyebrow:
